Healite II is a type of Light Emitting Diode (LED) phototherapy – it involves the use of low level light therapy to change cellular function for various benefits. These can range from improving healing times, relieving pain, subsiding active acne, promoting skin rejuvenation and more.
Different wavelengths of Heallite II treatment, produce different effects and are selected for the indication desired by patients.

Blue light therapy (415nm)
Used primarily for active acne
The blue light targets the p.acne bacteria on the skin and destroys them. In addition, the blue light also has an anti inflammatory effect
The treatment is a pain free, patients are required to wear goggles during the treatment and only takes 20 minutes.
Blue lights are best when combined with home skincare, regular exfoliation and regular LEDs to achieve the best possible outcomes.
