Dr Neha Aggarwala is a Specialist Anaesthetist at Westmead Public Hospital as well as multiple private hospitals including Sydney Adventist Hospital, SAN Day Surgery, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, Castlecrag Private, Hunters Hill Private, Prince of Wales Private and St George Private Hospitals.
As a fully accredited fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA), Dr Aggarwala completed her anaesthetic training at Westmead Hospital and subsequently undertook subspecialty training in neuroanaesthesia at the prestigious University of Toronto, Canada.
She regularly anaesthetises for Mode Plastic Surgery with her warm, friendly, and personable nature being welcomed by our patients.

Before joining Mode Plastic Surgery, Michael held senior management roles across some of Sydney’s most respected private hospitals and cosmetic clinics. He has a deep understanding of the unique expectations that come with high-end, specialist care, and is passionate about creating a seamless, welcoming experience for both patients and practitioners alike.
Michael holds a postgraduate qualification in health and medical sciences, which complements his practical experience with a strong foundation in evidence-based care. While his core expertise lies in surgical and aesthetic practices, his broader experience across general practice and aged care has shaped a well-rounded and compassionate approach to healthcare leadership.

Natalia is a passionate nursing professional with over two decades of experience, having dedicated her career to nursing since 2003. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in intensive care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and support.
Natalia holds a Master of Advanced Nursing from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing from the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Her advanced education and specialized training have equipped her with the skills to excel in the demanding environments of aesthetics and intensive care.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Natalia is deeply passionate about aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She is committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in this field, continually expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve her patients. Michaela has worked in various industries over the last 20 years, and joins Mode Plastic Surgery after spending the last 8 years working in the aesthetic and healthcare industry.
We welcome her experience and passion to continue to work in the aesthetic space, and learn about all the surgical and non surgical procedures that Mode has to offer.
