Booking your Appointment

For new patients, consultation fee is $150. This is a non-refundable booking / consultation fee. This non-refundable deposit is required before we book the appointment. This fee can be redeemed against services on the day of consultation only. Total cost is determined and discussed with you at the time of consultation. If the new patient does not have a procedure on their initial appointment, the $150 fee will cover their consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or make any changes, please call us right away at 1300 80 9000. Please note we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments. A $150 cancellation fee applies if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

Natalia is a passionate nursing professional with over two decades of experience, having dedicated her career to nursing since 2003. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in intensive care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and support.

Natalia holds a Master of Advanced Nursing from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing from the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Her advanced education and specialized training have equipped her with the skills to excel in the demanding environments of aesthetics and intensive care.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Natalia is deeply passionate about aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She is committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in this field, continually expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve her patients. Natalia’s dedication to both aesthetic surgery and critical care exemplifies her commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and improving quality of life.

Kellie Kemppainen

Senior Cosmetic Nurse

Nurse Kellie is a passionate and patient focused AHPRA Registered Nurse from a peri-operative background. She has 10+ years
experience in non-surgical aesthetic treatments and cosmetic injectables.

Kellie is also a Clinical Trainer in dermal fillers, training both Doctors and Nurses in clinical injectable techniques and safety since 2018.

She believes in a holistic approach to aesthetic treatments and is a wealth of knowledge for those who just don’t know where to start or feel overwhelmed with what treatment or combination of treatments will achieve the results they desire.

For Kellie the aesthetic goal is restoration and rejuvenation, rather than augmentation and unnatural results.

She attends as many industry events and educational workshops as she can to keep her skills and knowledge on the cutting edge.

Patients love her for her natural ability to put them at ease and create a holistic plan for aesthetic rejuvenation.

Your First Consultation

At your first consultation, Dr Aggarwal will explain a personalised treatment option for your desired results. A comprehensive medical history and examination is followed by discussion of surgery, examination of before and after photographs and trial of implants in the case of breast augmentation. Please remember that a GP referral is now mandatory for both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery appointments.

Upfront about costs

We will always be upfront about all costs of surgery including surgical, anaesthetic and hospital fees. Our quotes include all follow up care associated with your planned surgery, and there is never pressure to decide quickly.

Customised Options

To help achieve your goals, we will tailor treatment options to what you actually need. We will never recommend surgical or non surgical treatments if its not going to achieve what you want. We will always be honest with what you can realistically achieve, and endeavour to deliver beyond our promise.
